「しあわせはどこにある」（原題：Hector and the search for happiness）という映画を見ました。
イギリスで働く精神科医が「幸せとは何か」を探し求めて、上海、チベット、アフリカ、ロサンゼルスを旅する、というストーリー。
その中で出てきた名言に考えさせられるものがあったので、メモの為に投稿。

これは映画の中で実際に文字として表示された「幸せ」の定義。これ以外にも映画を見て感じた自分なりの「幸せ」の定義がありました。

幸せとは恐れ、悲しみ、嬉しさなど様々な感情を持てることである
こんな幸せを感じられるようになりたいですね。
